Choose the quantities and communication points you know. Forge selects suitable brands and models, then confirms the equipment and installation scope with you.
This route is for equipment with installation. The written proposal confirms the work, charges and responsibilities for your sites.

Understand the equipment
An autodialler or a gateway?
They do different jobs. Forge checks what is already installed before recommending what to retain or replace.
Autodialler / emergency telephone
Provides voice communication between the lift’s voice stations and the receiving service. A replacement may be needed if the existing phone is unsuitable.
Provides a mobile connection for a compatible telephone. It may allow a suitable existing phone to stay; compatibility, voice support, signal and power need checking.
A point is a voice station, potentially in the lift car, on the car top, in the pit or in a machine room. The engineer confirms the required locations.
Mixed requirements? Add separate groups: for example, two systems with two points and one with four at the same building. Several buildings can share one request.
The point count is different from two-way speech and does not establish compliance. Read the common questions
You choose the requirements. Forge selects the equipment.
Start the request. Give your email and any known quantities, point counts or sites. A full list can follow.
Confirm the requirements. Forge discusses the existing arrangement, any assessment needed and the scope to quote.
Review and approve. Check the proposed equipment, installation, terms and charges before placing an order.
Buying questions
Before you start your quote.
Can I buy several different arrangements at one site?+
Yes. Use a separate group for each configuration. One request can also cover several sites; the quotation confirms the actual equipment and work.
Can I start without a complete portfolio list?+
Yes. Email is the only required field. Add the sites, quantities or notes you have and discuss the rest later. Forge needs the relevant lift information before agreeing a firm scope.
Can I choose the brand?+
Forge selects a suitable manufacturer and model after reviewing the installation. You can review the proposed equipment in the quotation before you order.
Does this include installation?+
Yes, this buying route is for equipment with installation. The quotation confirms the locations, work, tests and handover. Forge’s established installation area is London and the South East; site availability is confirmed.
Are SIM and call-answering charges included?+
They are not automatically included. Agree the service provider, account holder, responsibilities and any recurring charges explicitly. See the quotation scope
Can I see a fixed price or place an immediate order?+
A firm price depends on the installation and agreed work. This form requests a quotation; price, availability, programme and terms are agreed before ordering.
Will buying a unit make the lift compliant?+
The complete installed arrangement and ongoing operation need review. A selected point count or a product statement does not certify the lift. Use the compliance checklist
A practical next step
Ready to scope the work?
One request can cover different configurations, several lifts and multiple sites.
